Polestar answered my request for repair quickly, Anthony came to repair what was needed and didn't suggest or say that more work was needed that may not have been necessary. I believe Polestar is not a company trying to sell a person something they don't need to have done.

Josey was the plumber who came out and listened to what I thought was the problem. He did not do any unnecessary work. He answered my questions. His problem solving ability saved me money. I would high recommend him.

I had been putting off replacing a leaky kitchen faucet for a very long time after another well-known company gave me a ridiculously high quote for replacing it. Polestar worked me into their schedule quickly, and charged nearly half the price of the first estimate. Anthony was polite and the job was done quickly and cleanly.

Exceptional, experienced, professionals. House cooled as expected and haven't worried about the AC since service call.

Overpriced in my opinion. Did not have them do the job. I was not told about the 69 dollar assessment fee

Wes, we always give the price ahead of time so if there is any issues with it, there are no surprises and it can be resolved before the work is done. We try to be as transparent as possible and keep our prices competitive. The $69 is a for us to come out and diagnose the issue, if you choose to do the work the $69 is credited towards the job.
