The person doing the review of work needed and the estimate arrived 6 hours late. When doing the work the technicians provided service to a bathroom fixture that was not broken... after the service the fixture leaked... it worked fine prior to that work. I was told it was a faulty valve which it wasn't as I had another plumber correct the work that Polestar provided. I was told the Supervisor from Polestar was going to call and follow up but that never happened! I cannot recommend this company to provide good service or good... read more

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ON THE SERVICE CALL AND GO ON TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER AND YOU CAN WAIT A WEEK OR MORE FOR THEM TO COME BACK. OK IF IT IS SOMETHING SIMPLE THAT CAN BE DONE IN HOUR. IF THEY HAVE TO COME BACK YOU WILL WASTE TREMENDOUS AMOUNT TIME CHASING THEM DOWN. OFFICE STAFF RUDE. MY ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER TWO WEEKS CALLING. TOO MANY PROMISES NO FOLLOW THROUGH, NO COMMUNICATION. NOT FIRST TIME USED SERVICE. THOUGHT WOULD BE BETTER AFTER FIRST TIME. THIS IS THEIR CONSISTENT BEHAVIOR- AVOID THIS GROUP

Betsy came within two hours after I called to take care of the water in my basement. Then scheduled the removal for that night. She recognized the urgency of heading off possible mold. The guys who came worked quickly and efficiently.

Polestar was WONDERFUL! I got a very nice representative on the phone and explained our issue with our gas line. We just moved in to this new house and we could not find the way to turn the gas on to our new gas dryer and we had been losing our minds trying to figure it out. The repairman called us right away and he was over to our house in less than 30 minutes. He of course found the elusive valve and turned it on for us. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Good, friendly customer service. Price seemed a little high for work done. Left a little area not cleaned up behind water heater. Overall satisfied and would probably use again.

Knowledgeable crew, Danny offered me a deal I couldn't pass up with extra's and great price. I'm glad they recommended I replace the furnace and air conditioning at the same time so have new matched set.
