Very professional. Walked me through issues and explained everything as they were performing services. Gentlemen who performed the work was very courteous. I have changed from company I have used for 7 years and switched to Polestar.

First of all do NOT use this company! Go with someone else and you will hopefully have a better experience. Appointment was supposed to be at 10am. Had to call and see how far out they were, didn't get there till 1:30 pm. Took them 4 hours to install a shower head new piping behind shower and cut a hole in my sheet rock. 850$ This is with 2 guys mind you. So they didn't have the access panel to cover up the hole and said they would be back in an hour or so to cover it up. I'm like no problem. Didn't come back and so I called... read more
If you can get Danny to show up you should be good. I believe he knows what he's doing but he's very busy and his underlings are not very knowledgeable. I paid $185 to have the underlings run a camera into my sumo pump line. It took 15 minutes. They spent the other 45 minutes in the van talking and drinking soda waiting to hear from Danny to assess the photos. Danny was supposed to be at our house at 8 am. My wife called a little after that. He said he was on the way. At 11:00 am he still wasn't there and we had to fire him.... read more
We liked that Polestar offered six and ten year warranties for a replacement for our water heater. They pointed out that our basement drain was draining slowly and augered it for us. They were professional and reasonably priced.

Originally told they would show up between 12-4pm but had to call around 4:30 and was told they would come soon. Showed up around 5 but stayed and completed the job without any overtime charges. Had them return a couple of days later to fix problem with toilet. All work completed to our satisfaction at reasonable cost.
