Avoid Sutter Health altogether as they are daylight robbers (as one user put it well) whose only interest is to extract the maximum amount of money from you by claiming ridiculous amounts from the insurance and administering unnecessary tests. If you think about visiting this center due some specific doctors here that appears to have good reviews online, think again. My experience with urgent care was amazing, pretty quick process. Dr was good too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Michelle Manalac. From the outset, her demeanor was aggressive and lacked even the most basic courtesy. Instead of demonstrating the compassion and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting, she came across as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh, and her attitude made an already stressful situation feel even worse. I was treated terribly by Michelle mandalac she should not be a nurse here. I hope sutter takes action. She does not show patients any respect and lacks basic human decency. She needs to be reprimanded for her poor treatment of people and she needed better training or change careers. I fear for patients safety if they’re under Michelle’s care.
How does this hospital employ such aggressive and ill manners nurses. It is not ok to harass and yell at employees of other businesses. Especially being in the healthcare field where you should know how to treat people with respect and privacy. Michelle ann manalac I really hope someone takes notice of your behavior.
