Visited to consult my coughing problem, took x-ray and lab test. The Dr didn’t find anything to treat and didn’t give me a prescription for any medicine. One month later I get a $1400 bill where the insurance covered 0. I’m still coughing after 3 months. Avoid this place if you can.
My first visit was back in the COVID days. And why am I coming to leave a negative feedback after five years? Well, they told me back then this is the earliest available slot, and the next available window is 2037.
Just awful. Called every day for 2 weeks just to make an appointment and I never did get in touch with anyone. I just gave up and went to Stanford instead. This healthcare is embarrassing. Avoid sutter health at all costs.
Avoid the clinic. I've been a patient here for decades. My doctor was unavailable so I had no choice but to go to the clinic. My 10 minute visit cost me $590 because they considered me a "New Patient". The code they used was for new patients and specifies a complete history and a 45-59 minute consultation - which is not what I got. My complaint to Sutter Health was rejected. They do not operate in an ethical way.
