Medical scam! Mammogram dept. did not inform me rightfully about the cost of "further imaging", online statement said "indecisive, needs further imaging." Then sent me a letter to tell me I had calcification after I scheduled an appointment without realizing it's "diagnostic screening". Charged me "an arm and a leg" for four images, three-minute convo with a radiologist and the long-wait. Biggest medical scam of the nation! Watch out for your high bill without base. A regular mammogram can turn into "further images" diagnostic thing that they charge your insurance and you for $$$$. Do not go! Avoid at all costs!
Unprofessional service from mammogram screening. Snoopy personnel with negative energy, poking her nose into my business. System sold me off to a PCP without my acknowledgement, who had her MA keep calling me and forced me to take invasive/unnecessary test when I explicitly told the radiologist I am NOT interested, all WITHOUT my consent. What's wrong with these people and this institution? Are they just plainly after profit or on an agenda? Unreal, terrible experience.
Sutter is ROBBER. I went to do annual physical. My insurance paid for $640 for annual physical. Then they charged extra $680 because they found there is a note saying `acne`, which is not supposed to be `preventive care`(namely what is covered by physical). Reading previous reviews by others, I found people share super similar experience as me: annual physical and got charged for large bill due to some of their notes where they just answered doctor's questions.
