Took my nieces chihuahua there with a pup stuck in the birth canal, put 800.00 down and on the way home they called to say there was a mistake and they needed more money. The dog and her pups were dying we were told and needed emergency surgery. I went back and asked for my money back I would take the dog elsewhere as they hadn't even began surgery. I had to involve the police to get not only my money but to get the dog and her puppies. Went to Met vet, surgery began before they even got the paperwork and payment.

The staff are awesome and very caring in their treatment of me and my 3 dogs that have had treatment there in various specialty areas. They are a great place to take your beloved 4 legged family members! Thanks so much PVSEC!!

I've never taken a pet to PVSEC but as a vet I've referred lots of people down to PVSEC. In talking to vets on many different services, I'm always impressed. They are super nice and readily available. Tonight, Dr. MacKillop talked to me (after 6pm) about my own cat. I can't thank him more. His humor and expertise was perfect. If as a client, you are hesitant to take your beloved pet there, don't be. The way they work with your regular vet (if my experiences count) guarantees a great working relationship.
