Front desk staff was great, doctors on the other hand were... I’ll let you decide.. I read through previous reviews now and see that they’ve misdiagnosed animals an abundance of times. ☹️ I brought my pup in because he was yelping in pain, and my regular vet suggested them for an animal ER. Came in and the first doctor looked at him and pushed on him a little bit and diagnosed him with “back pain”. Gave me some pain pills and sent me on my way after a $200 bill. Recommendedvery nice ladies at the front desk they noticed Alcatraz was in bad shape took him in right away no wait time doctor informed us of all that was happening with Alcatraz and what the possibilities are and possible treatments he has to stay overnight for fluids and tests

I have been to their ER on three different occasions in the past couple of years and would never recommend coming here again. Their ER waiting room is always filled with patients, and as a result your animal may not be a priority until almost three hours later. I get it, some patients are going to take priority over others. But even after your animal has been seen and examined, dont expect test results to come back in an hour, always expect longer than that because this place is terribly unorganized.
