Soooooooo slow, inefficient and poorly run. Was told 45 minutes but been here over 2 hours and not even been seen yet!!!! People were nice, but that does not make up for slow, slow service and inappropriate wait times! However, I do have to say once we got back Dr. Erickson was fabulous and took wonderful care of our cat. There needs to be more doctors and staff, and it’s clear that money is their main purpose.

Then, this month, we had another scare with Bear. Again, all of the staff took the very best care of him and he is back home with us and doing so well. I have told everyone I know about this wonderful place filled with very experienced and loving staff! THANK... read more
