I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I am been so unsatisfied with this place and have lost all patience... After my husband sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours with no discussion of what was being done to our dog, we got no answers, the doctors ignored him and refused to talk to him. The only explanation we received was from the secretary who read the report back to us. I called later in the evening to try to understand better what was done and what we could expect over the next few days and again, all I got was t... read more

The people who work here were very loving towards my Sasha bear when I was panicking over me think she had bloat. I highly recommend this place. They gave me peace of mind even before they were sure what was happening. They know what they're doing! A little pricey but knowing my baby bear was going to be fine was totally worth it. The doctor was amazing and was straight up with me and told me if I have any questions at all I could call them. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Our 11 yr old standard poodle was diagnosed Christmas 2014 with melanoma. Our local vet said he would be gone by spring but here it is almost two years later and he is still with us. Dr. Newman and the staff explain things a hundred times if needed so we can understand exactly what's going on. The vet techs love him and accept all his loving kisses. Karen he especially loves as we now ask him if he wants to go see Karen and he gets excited. I have to warn you that it's very very expensive but to us worth it to see our boy pl... read more

Had to bring my 4 month old English Springer to see the cardiologist yesterday. Needless to say we didn't get the news we wanted but everyone there was so compassionate. This is a great place to take your fur babies. Thank you for being so kind to my little guy.

last night we had to come to this hospital for the first time. Even though they were soo busy we had the most compassion men who took care of our Harley, the man who takes the animal in to check her before the doctor looks at her was sooo compassionate and kind, he keep apologizing for the long wait, but they got hit with so many emergencies last night .he was so kind and loving and I can't say enough about what a great guy he is, thank you sir from the bottom of my heart for your love and concern for my dog and toward us !!... read more

In February of this year. My female doberman had to be rushed to Psvec. When we arrived at the door i needed help she collapsed and could not get up on her own. The techs came out right away with a gurney. The staff was so nice, compassionate, caring. Dr. Dutra was the doctor on call. I highly recommend for er care, their speciality care. I want to thank Dr. Robin Dutra for their compassion, love, caring of taking care of my girl Angel.

I love PVSEC. 2 weeks ago, my Great Dane had a freak accident that paralyzed her. We took her to Avets, they muzzled her and rolled her in, said she's paralyzed and u should go to PVSEC. They were rude and didn't explaIn anything else. We went to PVSEC and they got in the car with my pup, sat with her, didn't muzzle her and were very nice. The doctor has explained everything very easy to understand and the staff has answered my obsessive phone calls. They spend time with my pup and take her outside to make sure she gets sun.... read more
