After having our puppy for 3 days, we had to take her due to swallowing part of a corn cob. They got her to puke and presented options, which includes monitoring her at home. She was fine and passed the partial cob. Then a month ago, this same puppy, Ellie May, slipped her leash and got hit by a speeding car on our street. VSH understood we needed to figure out what we could do financially and kept her comfortable. She had surgery to put an external fixator in her front left humerus. They have been amazing and honestly loved... read more

Best veterinary help I’ve ever received! I went to the north Raleigh location and I couldn’t be more thankful for the help they gave my sweet pup who suffers from a collapsed trachea.Thank you so so much for all that you do and for your love of animals ♥️

Love the staff there! Gives you some comfort to know your pet is in the hands of a caring and knowledgable staff. My GSD does weekly laser and hydrotherapy with Laura and Shea. They do a great job and he loves them!

So thankful for this place. We had a puppy that needed emergency care. Tried our local emergency facility and left because we did not feel confident in them. Made the drive to Appleton in the middle of the night and so glad we did. Walked in the door and knew right away we were where we needed to be. Professional, confident medical staff and so clean. Just where you want your pet if they have an emergency. Just can't say enough good about this place and the staff. Thank you to all who took care of our furry puppy last night.

We recently took our Cavalier King Charles/Shih Tzu into Lakeshore Vet Specialists for treatment of an a problem with her left eye. Dr. Rachel Lisankis was the vet who saw Maggie and quickly diagnosed her problem as an indolent ulcer. Dr. Lisankis provided us with all details about this condition as well as a treatment. Within two weeks Maggie was completely healed. We give Dr. Lisankis and her staff 5/5 ...excellent communication and treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Lisankis.

My dog had an accident and fell one night and was unable to use his back legs. I live 45 minutes away from here but they were the only place open 24 hours and it was 2am. We got there and they took him back right away. (Kinda weird you can't go back with your pet but that's not the point.) About an hour later, we get an update that he had a back injury and they would be sending him home with medicine that should fix it. We left there that night with a bill close to $320. I di...Continue Reading
