I continue to be impressed with everyone I come in contact with @ PVSEC. Kind, compassionate, helpful and informative. We especially love the Oncology staff!
Everyone from the staff that I encountered was empathetic and friendly. If you have a sick animal, bring it here. They will take care of you and your fur baby like it's their own pet.
Fast, Great service. These people know how to effectively do their jobs.
Very good experience. Our Angel had eye surgery. The staff was great and explained everything regarding how to take care of her after the surgery. Her eye is doing well so far and we are so grateful.
My cat son, Tom, was very ill in March 2015. Brought him to PVSEC where he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his intestines. They removed the tumor and he has had successful chemo treatments since. They take such good care of Tom here. He loves the staff and doctors. He is doing great. This place is better than many people hospitals I've been to!
They are fantastic. I could not ask for better care
They saved my ferret, Rita :) this place is not a discount service place so don't get your hopes up for that but they are one of the few places that are open 24/7 and we were so thankful for that much when Rita was stepped on at 8pm on a Sunday night. If she hadn't of received quick treatment like she did that night, she would not be here today.
if you need pet health care, regular or emergency you won't find better than this clinic...I've yet to run into a person that wasn't top notch and ready to help you and your pet....I've doctored mostly with Dr. Bagley and I'd trust him with any pet I had...he's top rate, and knows what he is doing....more importantly he cares....I couldn't rate a business any higher.
I took my cat yesterday who had to have a full mouth extraction. I was very impressed with the level of expertise of everyone. Dr. Mendoza was very thorough about the procedure before and after his oral surgery. One thing that could improve this type of procedure or any type of surgical procedure would be to give occasional updates as to the level of progress of the surgery. I did get updates, but only after asking as to the amount of time left and at what point they were at in the procedure. It doesn't need to be periodical... read more
