The ER staff here is incredibly compassionate and understanding....last night we chose to have our dear Taffy cat's last moments at PVSEC....she passed peacefully in my arms with the best care possible. They commended us on our loving care for Taffy during her last days and moments. I cannot thank the staff at PVSEC enough for their understanding and care
Great staff, friendly, awesome facility. They took the time to explain EVERYTHING.
My dad took his dog with GDV which is a fatal illness. Upon arrival they explained that it would cost $2500 upfront to start the procedure. 5 minutes later a staff member said they would need $5000. After getting approved for 5000 credit they then said they would now need $7500. An argument insues. PVSEC is a phenomenal facility. Their physicians, techs and staff have done an excellent job taking care of my four-legged children!!!
We are so lucky to have such an incredible emergency hospital, specialty clinic for all of our pets. People come from very far to have their animals treated here and we're lucky that it's in our own backyard. They do a great job and Dr. Pardo is the best!
We visited this clinic after my dog suffered a fibrocartilaginous embolism early on a Sunday morning, which left her completely paralyzed. The clinic was fast, efficient, calming, and completely knowledgeable. We were in and out in a short time. The vet explained everything completely and in layman's terms. The techs were compassionate and caring of my dog, who they never even met before. I would absolutely return if needed, and would recommend this clinic for emergency pet care.
My dog had his first cardiology appointment with Dr. Anderson today, and she was so friendly and caring. Thank you for a great experience!
I had to take my cat Collette there. She had stopped eating and drinking for me. She also was dazed and her vitals had dropped. They helped me and my hubby weigh our options before we decided to put her down.
By far the best place to go if your animals need special care. The staff is amazing! They remember you and your pet and are seriously great human beings.
