We took our 10 year old Golden Retriever to HOPE last week with some concerning health issues. The doctor we saw explained it was the end of the road for our furry friend and walked us through the process of helping her move on from this life. It was a horrible situation and devastated our family - but the staff couldn't have been more supportive. I received a phone call tonight from the social worker to check in on us and let us know she was thinking about our family. I thought that was a really special touch! We miss our P... read more

CARES has a few doctors who just want to ‘rubber stamp’ their patients and cash in on the $$ for multiple visits. And a few of them just want to push the meds, never getting to the root of the problem making you/ your pet just another number walking through the door. I am unable to say whether or not their ER services are good, but I can tell you that some of their specialty areas/doctors/services are way over priced and not at the level of which they should be when it comes to diagnosing and providing true healthcare servic... read more

Went once- for an allergic reaction my cat used to have years ago. My vet takes one look at him and treats him for $50. this place had no idea what was going on- tried getting me to do ridiculous tests after explaining how he gets these reactions- $600 later and I'm still going back to my vet for proper treatment. Found a much better emergency care place for future issues.

This is the second time we have had an emergency with one of our dogs. They are so amazing with our dog but also with our worried children. They are kind, friendly, very through. I find them priced accordingly for after hours or emergency care. I am so thankful for them all.

We brought our dog into the ER and from start to finish they were nothing short of absolutely amazing. Only having adopted our dog 4 months earlier, we came to find out from their cardiologist that he was extremely sick. We had been to multiple other vets who were unable to give us solid answers. We did end up losing him. The whole thing was devastating for us, but they managed to make the experience as comfortable as possible. 10/10 recommend. We have told everyone how wonderful they were. Thank you!

Friendly staff, quick and efficient services. Treats for my dog. Very knowledgeable Vet and Techs. Info was very clear and the prices for services were very reasonable.
