We recently took our Mastiff into the emergency department. The good: The wait time was reasonable, the waiting room is extremely clean, and the staff was very professional. Our pup ended up staying overnight, and both vets we dealt with were great. The vet the first night was very up front with us about the cost of everything, and her estimate was dead on. While it's expensive, we have insurance for this very reason. The vet tech who was taking care of him the next day was fantastic and gave us an update on how he was doing... read more

My dig needed to be seen by a Cardiologist for a leaky valve. It was our first visit with Erin Anderson. This is how every Vet/Dr should handle themselves. She was kind, caring, honest and extremely compassionate. She truly seems to care about animals. I rarely review anything. When you come across someone like this, you have to let others know.

I took my dog Zoey to the One on Camp Horn a year and a half ago and they saved her life😀 When the new one opens in Washington my vet will give me a referral to get Zoey a pancreas exam! She has been feeling well just like before😪

Very kind staff and helped quickly with our dog. He cut his paw and was bleeding a lot. Took him right back very calmly even though both Tank and I were frazzled!

Two time emergencies over the span of 10 years for our little dog, Molly. So fortunate to have them in Pittsburgh -- north and south!

Some of the negative reviews both surprise and sadden me. I attribute many to the stressful emergency situations and unhappy outcomes but I personally am thankful every day that we have this facility available to us. They have been treating our little girl for almost 3 years now. Through diagnosis, surgeries, and oncology, she has received the very best professional and compassionate care. All the staff, doctors, techs, and office staff have been incredible in treating, explaining, and supporting us along this journey. While... read more

This place is a scam. I took in a cat who was having seizures was told I can check up on him the next morning, when I call they can't even find the cat and then tell me they can't give out info. You had no issue taking money but can't let me know if he survived. Shame on you people. Now I see why you have the name the Death Hospital. You guys don't care about the poor animals.

My 18 year old cat begin exhibiting signs of breathing issues. I took him in they discovered that he was in heart failure. Combine this with his slight kidney issues and there is a problem. His cardiologist, Dr Erin Anderson is so wonderful. She has been so comforting and patient as we go through this course and always goes over every possible treatment and outcome. Her tech, Meagan, is also amazing. My cat, who doesn't like a lot of people, loves both of them.
