My Milo had to cross the Rainbow Bridge on Christmas Day. The staff at Lakeshore was very compassionate and caring during this very difficult time for my family. Special thanks to Dr. Reiss for her sympathy and expertise in caring for dear Milo.

Last night, my family was together for our annual exchange of gifts for the holiday, when our family dog took a turn for the worse. My sister, mom, and niece had to take our family dog to Cares. First I was met by a regular vet, I never saw them examine my cat, just spoke to me. waited 3 1/2 hrs for a neuro consult, which I never saw them examine her or spoke to neurologist. Spoke with the vet again. Left after 4hrs with no answers, their notes were different then what they told me. Cost me $870. My Beloved Peanut died when I got home. H... read more

Wonderful care given by very knowledgeable people. Took our doxie there this morning and they were great about explaining everything and were up front and transparent about costs. Felt like they really care about the health of your pet, but also realize financial limitations. Will definitely be recommending them to others.
