They were so compassionate and caring when we brought our dog Nella. We unfortunately had to put our beloved Nella down but they went above and beyond with their sympathy sent us a hand written card and paw print of our Nellas paw. So wonderful highly recommend them!! Thank you for all you did!
This past week was the first time I've been there and the service, care & concern that was showed to me and Amber (my cat) was wonderful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately I had to bring my German Shepard in last Tuesday, after a 24 hour stay at our regular vet. He ate heavy duty aluminum foil on Sunday and had vomited all day Monday and began bleeding from the bowels on Tuesday. He was in very bad shape and I feared we would lose him. They serviced us immediately upon arrival and within 1 hour I had answers to what was wrong, the expected treatment plan and the estimated cost. Everything went exactly as planned and last Thursday he was discharged (with a refund due to an over es... read more
Wonderful care. Been there many times for emergencies with my 2 bull dogs. Even though they are both old dogs, they have been well cared for here and made it through several crises. Kudos to all the staff! Moppsy at 11.5 is still acting like a young dog and Bella still loves everyone's attention.
Wonderful, caring staff. Dr. Doornink was very thorough with his assessment and took time to explain his diagnosis. I never once felt uncomfortable nor did I feel that we were rushed. All of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this facility and I will definitely return with my fur baby!
Last night I had to bring my beloved pet of 12 1/2 years to PVSEC unexpectedly due to the final stage of congestive heart failure. The staff was amazing and brought me so much comfortable at a time when I desperately needed it. Thank you for stopping his suffering. My heart aches but I know he is in a better place.
Ok...they do a great job. Expensive. I gave a 4 because my vet faxed blood work results at 8:45am, we were there till 5:15pm and they said "they didn't have the results". We went home and called PVSEC and they told us the BW didn't get downloaded till 4:40pm? Seriously my cat almost died from diabetes and they blatantly lied or were so unorganized they didn't know where the results were????? Then the nurse I talked to at 8:37pm told me "she couldn't give me the results" well for a $1500.00 DEPOSIT I SHOULD GET RESULTS. GET Y... read more
Wonderful people and terrific doctors. My vizsla LaZar is going through chemo for lymphoma. He is doing well and they are wonderful with him
Overall our experience was good. We took our 10 year old pug here with spinal issues after being refereed by his regular vet and they are the only ones who gave us an actual answer for what's wrong. My only issue was the one lady at front desk she was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Had an attitude the entire time she was checking us in. It was completely unacceptable people are coming there with their animals who are hurt or sick so they are already stressed out and don't need a receptionist to be rude and cold hea... read more
