The first few times i went to blue pearl i saw dr. Carly Waugh she was amazing and so compassionate. I loved seeing her and George did too. She would take the time to sit in the floor with my fur baby making him feel comfortable. She's the only reason i gave bus pearl any stars. I would give her 5+. Unfortunately she was not on call the night i took my pup in. The vet I did see wasn't very compassionate. She was straight forward at first with how things could go one way or th... I unfortunately am one of many that have been misinformed by the front desk to get me in the door. While filling out the papers, my bird was taken to the back and I was told this wasn’t the case. There’s a Blue Pearl 4 miles away from me, why would I drive an extra 40+ miles during rush hour for a non-specialist?!? The general vet was unable to perform any x-rays or tests that would yield any informatio... read more

A giant thank you to Dr Haas and the Vet Tech working this morning when I had to put my baby of 16 years to sleep. They did an amazing job, and were super compassionate and awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be with as I said goodbye. I didn’t plan to get home from work at 4am and say goodbye to my companion of 16 years, but Dr Haas and the vet tech (I forgot her name but we share the same birthday) were awesome to deal with throughout the process.
