They are not equipped to handle complex cases. My friend unnessarly had to put her baby down because they did not know and are not educated on seizures. This could have been avoided if they had more education..

Had a friend who was told to put her pet down and was given bad advice as the proper protocols were not implemented. Very sad a pet was put down upon bad advice.
