They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Their website claims to offer help in these trying times but the only thing they say they can do is reapply. I don't want to get further into debt I just desperately want to get things straight so I can get out from under this place. They harass non stop with phones call and mailed letters. I received as many as 7 in one day when my loan payment was only a couple days behind. They also recommended I ask my EX husband to reapply for a loan in his name. I mean really.

One star is being extremely generous. In the process of building my credit profile, I had obtained an installment loan through this company. Unbeknownst to me, the company preys on consumers with predatory loans at high interest rates. The associates tend to be unknowledgeable of the loan terms and are extremely unhelpful. The company borderline harasses individuals for payment even when your account is not delinquent and should you fall delinquent, they will call you nonstop and begin harassing family members. This company refuses to let any of it's customers talk to it's website designer due to the apparent need to profit off their customers mishaps and poor luck. They really don't care about working with their customers who at least attempt to make an effort on payments. I tried to readjust a scheduled payment and my only option was NOT TO EDIT PAYMENT BUT CANCEL, and by doing so the account became late that instant so the website refused to accept less than a min payment even though I have less than min late, so the change date... read more

This is a criminal company that should be shut down. They loan money at predatory interest rates and harass family members whenever one gets behind on payments. It's really just a disgusting company.

1 star is being generous . When I first took out the loan I told them I would be making payment on the 1st. It was set up for the 29th. They said no problem because you have a 10 day grace period. After over a year of making my payment on the 1st of the month now they are calling me saying I am delinquent. She said it would go on my credit report and could not change the due date unless I refinance. Well that is not going to happen . I definitely would not recommend these people in Jacksonville, NC .

set up a payment for 6/26. They put it through twice before that date and caused two overdrafts and a negative balance. Really concerned about taking care of customers during Covid19? No, they're taking advantage of people. Only creditor I have that has behaved this way. Awful
