They called me & told me that I was prove for my loan but after I pay someone gas money to take me over on 54 in Owensboro Ky & set there for a hour they & they told me that I wasn't prove for the loan so I will be paying them off & never Rewrite my loan with again as long I'm living I don't deal with a lying company & any my family with not go there to get a loan either cause how they did me

I am a small business owner, I received an offer in the mail just about 5 weeks. Just to cut the story short, the loan was $3550 and my first payment was due February 15th, 2019 and I made my first payment on the 11th of February 2019. Few days later I notice the payment did not go through, I call them immediately right away and left a message. I received a letter in the mail, so I went in to get the extended offer since I was on hard times at that time and the monthly payments they ADVERSITED on the mailer meets my budget. The branch manager put me in a room saying its going to take a few minutes all nice and what not. It took little over an hour to get a loan (which made me late for work), they called my job saying they don't know me after I told them they know me by something else. This company has trashed my credit. I took out the first loan and everything was great. Payed it off and opened another, this is when it went down hill. I wasn't paying attention to my credit report. They listed my loan as closed for off even though I was making the payments and some extra. Once I got the loan paid off they went and showed the past year as "failed to pay". Well if I failed to pay how did I get the loan paid off a four months early?? I will be disputing this on my credit of course but this was a huge surprize... read more

I had a car loan with this company and had insurance on the loan if my car got totaled the insurance would pay off the loan!! So my car got totaled and the insurance did pay off the loan but then State Farm mailed them a check to pay off loan!! So then after they received both checks from insurance companies my loan pay off amount changed and they said they had to hold the insurance checks for 10 days before I would receive the difference!! They refuse to remove an "open account" from my credit report after my bankruptcy. All other creditors closed my account(s). Mariner still shows I have an unsecured new loan. Not only do they refuse to fix it, they are effing rude as heck and demoralizing customers.

After reading all these reviews with the Better Business Bureau about this company I decided to tear up my check and not be affiliated with them don't like being lied to .

Had a loan with these scammers for a long time and settled the account. They are not accurately and honestly stating that the account is settled with the credit bureaus.
