We bought a timeshare where we were promised all these things and pitched this great purchased, but come to find out this whole company is just a scam which causes you to pay and pay and pay yet receive nothing worth anything. Can never use our points, can never go on vacations, used high pushy sales tactics and lied to. If they can create points out of thin air to purchase they can remove them. Maybe one of their leaders in this company will care about the thousands of families being screwed over and having to take lawsuit... read more

I would like anyone reading this to know just what kind of a company Bluegreen is. My husband was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in January of this year. He has had surgery, radiation treatment, imaging, lab work, physician and cancer treatment center visits for the past 8 months. We have invested so much money in Bluegreen's vacation packages. It is impossible to book a vacation at their resorts even if we have the points. You have to book almost a year ahead to get anything during the weekend. My husband and I regret ever buying into this timeshare. They made it sound so easy... you can book anything anytime anywhere. Complete Lie. I can't even book a trip to their gulf shore resort for this summer. There is nothing available. The maintenance fee is absolutely outrageous! We pay $1000 a year for a t... read more

I am extremely let down by Bluegreen. My husband and I sat through a Bluegreen Vacations time share pitch back in July 2018 at Christmas Mountain Wisconsin Dells. We were told upfront that the presentation was not going to be high pressure sales and if we told our sales representative we were not interested in the membership with Bluegreen the conversation would end and we could go. If you are flexible and have no restrictions Bluegreen will wok out for you. If you only have limited or restricted time when you can travel, don't bother with this. We have found that if you can travel whenever you like and make plans ahead of time, Bluegreen offers a lot of travel options. My wife is retired and I work from my home office. That means my home office can be anywhere, and we've taken the opportunity to mix work and pleasure at Bluegreen resorts. I wish I could leave this business less than one star. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. Myself and best friend were in Outdoor World in Austin, TX in January of last year and the sales lady gave us her sales pitch about a 3 night stay in a long list of hotels in one of their destinations. We paid the $199 and signed up. We asked as many questions as possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! This company is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They make everything sound nice and enjoyable....IT'S NOT! If you get with the sales team in Tennessee request someone else if they give you a lady Sam or Jim, they play a good game and fill you with lies; then by the time you figure the lies out your 15 days are up and they have you lock into a life of misery. I have begged to get out of this without any luck yet.

Went to the presentation in Tennessee, had no problems told them we were not interested in purchasing their time share, then they come back with a trial offer that we could finance or pay the full amount. We agreed to pay the full amount no financing needed, then come back to say the offer was no good because it was not enough money to keep the reservation open, but over here them talking about our credit scores. It's all based on credit wether you have the money to finance or not, what a sham of a company. That's fine you d... read more
