Absolutely a scam. Tried to book a trip two different times/months, no availability! I called for refund since I can't book travel the very limited time they have available, but of course I was denied by a rude and condescending manager. Very frustrated, just threw away $150.00.

This bad Bluegreen experience began when I was at a resort in Las Vegas, and one of their reps solicited me to come to a meeting. I went along and I bought a Bluegreen timeshare. Why did I do this? Because I wanted my family to be able to take affordable vacations every year, and I also had a desire to visit certain places. We have been owners since 2013 and we love it. We knew the process and expectations that we signed up for as they were clearly stated during the presentation. We have traveled to many locations some close to home and some farther away. What I find amazing is people criticizing Bluegreen when it is the consumer's responsibility to know what they are signing up for.

Deceptive, unethical business practices. Run! I booked a trip to St. Pete via a live phone call in late summer 2018 for $149 for a weekend trip in late Jan 2019. They sent me the paperwork and an email confirmation which I gave a cursory glance. Today, I received a call with a few additional questions, the first of which was my living/relationship status. Despite trying our best (with having to work around work schedules, etc.), Bluegreen gave us no help at all and just charged off our account, negatively reporting against our credit. This is all you should expect from this company apparently! After many correspondences back and forth, Bluegreen is STILL refusing to give us quality customer service. They assert they must speak to us on the phone, but when we tried to call the requester back, they wouldn't answer. Nor would they return our call. Thus leading our loans to "default" because we stopped paying for a "service" that was not being delivered as we were told it would. Completely was lied to by the scam artist selling 2 day packages at the Bass Pro Shop in Daytona Beach. I specifically asked about availability for Mardi Gras 2019. I was assured there were no Black out Dates and that I didn't need to worry about availability because package purchasers will be given a room. He gave a list of glamorous available hotels. Despite having legitimate concerns about my ownership, Bluegreen has only tried to "argue" with me, making me feel that I am wrong and personally responsible for the issues I have experienced. ***** at The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar seems to think that I am especially wrong because "she has a small package as well." When we were in Tennessee , we thought we had very good experience. But now it is completely different. I am not sure if I can share the price details that I got. During the sales promotion program we were told like the price of the each point is some dollars and even in the outside market the value of each point is what they said.
