Our experiences with Bluegreen have been extremely sub-par to the dream that was presented to us in the meeting we attended - these representatives know exactly what they're doing. We cannot vacation when and where we would like as Bluegreen has insinuated. We're essentially wasting money paying for something that we can't use while we spend more money to travel where we want and need to travel. We have really enjoyed being owners with Bluegreen. The villas are spacious, the resorts are clean, the staff are accommodating, friendly, and professional; and the amenities are great

3 day vacation? When we first heard about Bluegreen, we thought we would be getting a wonderful weekend stay with a great company. Unfortunately, we quickly found out that attending a presentation would be one of the biggest mistakes we could ever make. Words cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with the deliberate misleading and misrepresentation from Bluegreen Vacations to myself and my family, and I would caution anybody and everybody from proceeding with this company. We bought into Timeshares over 20 years ago and we have no regrets. We have been able to travel and share our resorts with friends and family with no lodging cost. (We do pay a maintenance fee annually, but all things require maintenance, taxes and so forth). Because we paid for our original purchase in the past we are able to go a lot of places with the minimum cash output. The resorts enable you to live as you would at home if you desire. Without giving us any customer service, by any means, Bluegreen terminated our account for stopping payments to them. We have so many complaints that have gone unheard and are unresolved, and we have paid this company over $11,000. The representatives who helped us set up our account told us about all these "benefits" we would experience with being Bluegreen owners, but we have not experienced ANY of them.
