My husband and I purchased our first points in 2002. Many changes have been made since that purchase but the intent of Bluegreen has not. We had some great vacations before my husband's death in 2018. I am now really realizing the benefits of the membership and am never disappointed with the quality of the lodges and the courtesy of those helping me. Once in the "swing" of the way it all works, you'll grow very fond of your membership. .

Bluegreen always give me not a nice rooms they definitely look old I don't know if is because I don't own more points I believe people have more points they get the best rooms, close to the main pools.The maintenance fee is definitely expensive and crazy not agree to pay but I have not a choice I have to pay it I am very unhappy with this I made a wrong decision to be part of the time shar.

I am absolutely disappointed by the service and trickery of this company. When I purchased my hotel stay, I was told I would be STAYING in the resort and even shown photos of it. Now I am being told I will not be, but the tour I must go to will be at the resort which absolutely does not make any sense to me. The live chat I was told that is available until 9pm, has been down for the past two days. I love my Bluegreen vacations, it's one of the greatest investments I have ever made. My wife and I are military and they really take care of us and are never too pushy about purchasing more points and things like that. Totally worth it.

I became bronze in December 2018 and still have not been able to use the premier wait list option due to a mistake they made with my contract. They made sure I was charged the Maintenance fees for my Bronze account however I still cant use the perks. How can you charge me a full years maintenance fees after half the year is basically over and I still cant use the perks with being Bronze. We feel we have been duped by Bluegreen Vacations into purchasing a false investment and we're tired of the lies their salespeople use time after time! The first time we upgraded, we were never informed of the increase to our maintenance fees and received that surprise in the mail without notification. Every time we schedule vacations, we are cornered to attend their owner update meetings and to see the new things they have to offer.
