Worst nightmare! Extremely heartless company! Call them and asked about death policies since I couldn't find anything in my book/ paperwork about it. Everything was paid up and in advance I shared with them my new Medical condition with Grand Mal seizures. Asked if I could just give it back do to 10's of thousands of dollars in Medical bills. Bluegreen Vacations is a scam! Not a single positive review. Why, they don't keep what the promise. I have recently signed up and have made numerous calls and I get a recoreded message or go online but my account is apparently not listed. Only a month into the "deal" and I am regretting having signed up for any of their package. Bluegreen Vacations cancel my account if you have any decency and respectability in your business practices. You can keep the down payment.

Talk about BAIT AND SWITCH! I would leave ZERO stars if I could. We were sold a 3 day 2 night vacation package from Bluegreen Vacation at Bass Pro Shop with the understanding we would be able to stay in any of the BlueGreen Vacations resorts on their map. I booked for Savannah, GA a few weeks ago and when I reviewed my itinerary they have me staying in a CHOICE hotel in Savannah for two nights, and not their beautiful resort that we were shown pictures of. We received a phone call inviting us to a Bluegreen presentation in Branson. This was supposed to be for 90 minutes, but the reps would not let us go and they kept pushing us all day. We told them this is not the right time for us to be thinking about buying a timeshare and we have to go. We were hungry and exhausted. But they brought in some lunch and they stopped us leaving. I'm not giving this any stars because Blue Green definitely does NOT deserve one. I'm disgusted with this company and have had only negative experiences with them since we were invited to our 1st presentation, which was promised to be only 60 minutes that was in fact a very high pressured sales meeting that literally went over 5 hours. That was a day wasted and lost on what was only a 2 night stay. My mother who was 71 at the time, retired and just became a widow as my father had passed away the month before. Purchased a Bluegreen travel package Platinum Peaks Travel. After experiencing problems with Bluegreen the day following the purchase. I was told that I could cancel within the first 30 days after purchase. So I tried to cancel. Bluegreen would not let me cancel because they said I purchased through a vendor. I was never informed this on the original phone call. I usually do not leave this type of review (or even go on BBB), but I wanted all future potential clients to be warned. This was horrible. We were sold on one thing that turned out to be something else. The person who sold it to us apologized and said that he did not know. The supervisor advised that we would not get our money back despite being given bad info. They would use it as a training tool.

I purchased a 3 day 2 night vacation package from Bluegreen Vacation at Bass Pro Shop with the understanding I would be able to stay in any of the BlueGreen Vacations resorts. I booked for Charleston SC a few weeks ago and when I reviewed my itinerary they have me staying in a hotel outside of downtown Charleston and not their resort in downtown Charleston. We bought a timeshare in Las Vegas on July 28, 2018. After staying up a good part of the night going over the contract we decided it wasn't right for us. It didn't make financial sense to us as we are paying on other necessary things, like student loans.
