Well let me start off by saying they are zero help. After 3 trips in the last few months. Over $1500 in vet bills my German shep puppy has been diagnosed 3 times with something different causing his pain in his feet/hips. X-rays were supposed to have been done but I can't get a copy. VCA Elliot Park Animal Hospital Warning, do not visit or enter this hospital! I dropped off my pet dog Amy and paid for a Partition cremation on May 27th 2022 but instead they sent her off to be cremated as communal or "group" I would not be receiving her ashes back to take home. I had Amy for almost 16 years and she was a client there for almost 7 years and the "part time" doctor" on duty only said, well we will refund your $187.00. Manufacturing line of pets for profit. I once forgot to ask the vet (Dr Milkowski) a question so I called the week after the appointment and they told me they wouldn't answer any questions without me scheduling and paying for another appointment. They also tried to sell me a $3,000 per year pet insurance policy that I found out costs less then $500 per year when I went to another provider. On 06/08/2022 VCA Arden Animal Hospital broke my cats tooth on her senior annual checkup. I drove over an hour from where I live to this location because of my cats amazing doctor. Long story short, I went inside the exam room along with her doctor and did the checkup that includes: ears, mouth, teeth, and checking her breathing using a stethoscope etc... everything was normal and when she checked her teeth she only had a little bit of tartar that I can get it cleaned by next year and the doctor said that a technician will c... read more

I'm reporting the VCA Gwynedd Animal Hospital, located at 1615 W Point Pike Lansdale, PA XXXXX. On May 12th, 2022, i made an appointment and took my sick pet to this vet. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment with my sick cat, there were no one there that morning , I was the only patient. But they didn't take us on time, they wasted our time, which wasted time of saving a life. The doctor used 10-20 minutes to check my pet virtually, VIRTUALLY!! Inconsistent service. One vet was lovely and empathetic. Another vet showed lack of compassion *** was not responsive to communication. If your pet matters, do not go here.

We have boarded our dogs in the past with VCA Sawmill and had a great experience, however this past experience was absolutely awful. We sent in check in paperwork on 5/16 for our dogs to stay with them. I did not receive any sort of communication from them until I called the Sawmill office on 5/24. I spoke with someone who confirmed the paperwork was received and that we would be able to bring our dogs in. My vca nightmare was similar to that described by another recent review. Beginning with a visit to Banfield, Whittier,CA. They referred me to VCA hospital in Cerritos, CA. I was informed that my dog needed surgery which would cost 5,000 dollars I took my dog to a local non-corporate vet who is treating my dog for a bacterial infection caused by an allergic reaction. No hospitalization necessary and my dog is recovering nicely at home. VCA is a criminal corporate enterprise and should be investigated as such.

I took my dog to VCA Riverpark in Orangevale California for Happy tail. They were very accommodating when scheduling and I felt confident with the doctor I saw day of appointment. They ended up sedating my dog cleaning his wound and bandaging his tail. They reappointed me for 5 days gave him some pain meds and sedatives., this was a Monday they scheduled me back on a Friday.
