Lancaster Ohio vet is unprofessional and are in it for the money rather than helping pets.Thry are taking advantage of senior citizens who love their pets.

The manager at VCA Coconut Creek should be investigated and removed from position. I went to pick up both of my dogs from Dentals and the receptionist said you need a mask. I refused and it is my right. The front door says please wear a mask. This is not mandatory nor is it required by law. On-line it says staff wears mask and it is not required for patrons. I asked how my dogs were and the receptionist did not even tell me nor did she greet me her only concern was the mask she phoned in the back to state I was here to pick ... read more

DO NOT sign up for the care club. The doctors are great but their care club is messed up. My dog passed ** 12/16/2021 and I've been billed twice since her passing *** when I called the office to cancel twice finally got a call back to call the careclub. I was charged over $200.00 more to close my account. The hospital was fully aware of her passing ***** they received her ashes. I will seek care elsewhere for any future pets.

Our pup had gotten sick throwing up and passed **** we rushed her to the nearest emergency vet (45 mins away) by the time we got there she was alert and sitting up. According to the vet my pups heart rate was really high and she was dehydrated. They took X-rays and put her on an IV. No blockage was found but we were told her lungs looked a bit inflamed. I had a nightmare experience with the VCA Animal Hospital in Boulder on the corner of South Boulder Road on Manhattan Circle. It was many years ago, but I've never forgotten it. I took my airedale there because she was very sick and my regular vet was away. The vet there said they could help her recover and she needed to stay the night. They put her in a cage and I stayed beside her all day, sitting and/or lying on the concrete floor. VCA Todds Lane Veterinary Hospital in Hampton VA is the specific hospital for my complaint. I have been going to that vet hospital for over 30 years. The vet who was the original owner was one of the kindest, most honest men I have ever known, and had the privilege of calling boss for 4 years in the early 90s. When he chose to retire to enjoy the fruits of his labor, he sold to VCA. The first year or two seemed ok, no super change. This place doesn't even deserve one star. They wouldn't allow me to make payments for my dogs vet bill where she was unlawfully shot and I had to take her to get seen immediately (obviously). She was my ESA (emotional support animal) for PTSD and they refused to help me and told me that I had to pay in full or I couldn't get my dog.

South shore vca in weymouth Massachusetts Is nothing more that a bunch of scam artists. I was told my dog needed an ultrasound by my vet so they told me to go to the vca . They made me go through the emergency department, would not let me Schedule it , so I went for the ultrasound I sat in the parking lot for 5 hours then the vet called and told me that was no one to do the ultrasound but they wanted me to leave them overnight At the cost of $1000 I told him no I would bring him back in the morning so they did the ultrasound... read more

VCA Animal Hospital Westside Location - I received an offer for a FREE Physical, so ofcourse I took upon the offer. I received an invoice of over $500.00 to get shots, surgery (as my dog had something that needed to be removed) - I called made an appointment to get it completed and they charged me a new Physical fee of $92.00 + and the fees I paid thinking it was for the surgery was NOT it was for VACCINATIONS, I got a new invoice for over $1700.00.
