I used to love VCA but recently all they care about is money. No appointments available for more than 2 months for my pet with an ear infection unless I book an emergency visit at twice the price where I could pretty much name the day and time!! Another time called for Rx refill and waited over a week. I kept calling pharmacy and they said they never received. Call back to VCA and told the pharmacy has it. VCA Care Club should not control the plan you choose for my pets I have spoken with the billing office at VCA Care Club, requesting that my plan to be change from Senior Dog Wellness plan to Adult Dog Wellness plan, I was told i did not have that option to change since my dog is now 7 years I am the dog's owner i should choose what plan i have preference not the VCA Care Club I don't have a problem with vets, staff and doctors, they are all great, It's the VCA Care Club. I will never take my animals anywhere but the VCA near me. Their Vet is wonderful, caring, and listens to my concerns and works with me.

VCA CareClub is a waste of money. It saved me nothing just additional cost. I have two dogs and I spent more in monthly fees. The differences wit both dogs getting same shots and exam was $19.75 but I pay43.99 a month for one dog. I have wasted/spent 527.88 the past 12 months and for an exam spent another 156 dollars vs without the Club 175.75 for the same exam and shots on the other Dog. SCAM! Now I have tried to cancel and they will not cancel the membership saying I own them late fees and membership for something I cancel... read more

This clinic is associated with the AZ humane society. I adopted a cat from the humane society that turned out to be very sick. They claimed he was healthy with possible gingivitis. Within a day and a half he was sneezing and quit eating. I called the clinic and told them how seriously ill be was. They told me they couldn't get him in for 10 days. I am extremely upset at VCA! I called yesterday about neuter and spay my dogs. I was told that they did not have any appointments anytime soon, but after a few minutes the lady said that they had a cancellation so that she would be able to fit the dogs in today. Then she went on to say that they could only do the surgery if they do the physical too. Vca California Veterinary Specialist Murrieta Location. I experienced sexual harassment and workplace harassment from upper management daily here. I reported it several times to HR and nothing ever happened. Then after reporting it I was let go. They do not care about their workers unless you are a vet. The manager and supervisor are very racist. They belittle the receptionist daily & let customers belittle us as well. No one in upper management is a person of color.
