They are not conducting business the right way. They didn't have a medicine that my day needed, I asked them to prescribe me the medication since they didn't have it but they told me bring the dog back in and they will check her and give the medicine, of course they confirmed that i will be charged a revisit fee. So the only reason I didn't get the medication is because they ran out but I have to pay again!!!! Not right

My kitten was vomiting and having diarrhea, obviously very ill. I had an appointment to see my family vet planned first thing in the morning. My older cat was losing weight so fast that I though he was dying. I could feel his bones. After I took him in, they said his dental was normal. They had nothing else to suggest other than basic labs. After some common sense thinking, I switched my cat's hard food to soft food. He gained all his weight back. He suffered for months from this sham exam not addressing his dental needs in the differential. I recently visited my local VCA with a scheduled appointment and was charged for the exam despite VCA advertising free first time visits. I emailed VCA corporate requesting a refund and never heard back. I email VCA Corporate again today and await their response.

Although from the reviews, it seems this may be a common issue within this hospital chain, this review is specifically for the Westerville, OH location. Dr. ************ It takes a lot for me to write a review but I could not ignore this one incase it could help another owner and pet. Part of the following is also reported to the local humane Society. On 12/3/20, i brought my 8 year old chinese crested pup to VCA vet, located at 1845 E Broadway Rd, Unit 102, Tempe, AZ 85282. I had an 11am appointment to have my dog's sutures removed. As I was walking towards the hospital with my dog in the dog stroller, I heard a dog's none stop barking. they raised there prices 30% for covid brought my dog in for nail trim usually $20 went up tp $27 people are hurting now with the virus wright now it sad they take advantage of this situation to capitalize on

A rating of 1/2 star would be too high. Two staff members contacted on the phone were polite and sympathetic. but the third staff member was unbelievably rude when I brought my dog to be euthanized . My dog suffered needlessly for hours due to this woman?s snarky attitude and unprofessional behavior
