They killed my dog. Every test done before surgery, No expense spared. Great health. I loved him so much. I would pay anything to have him back. They couldnt even tell me how he died. I will never be the same. Go somewhere else please

One veterinarian diagnosed my dog with an orthopedic injury without performing x-rays, so I requested a referral to a specialist, who diagnosed my dog with what I had told the first veterinarian he likely had. Within this past year, my other dog was found to have a tooth fracture at a well check that the veterinarian said was several years old (there is no way she can know the age of the fracture by a cursory exam like this), and that while it increases risk of infection and it needs to be extracted, she recommends waiting 2... read more

We went to ********** to see the orthopedic doctor to weigh our possible options when our dog broke her leg. Surgery was a big push despite the fact it was relayed to us her damaged growth plate could be damaged further. It was explained to us her fracture was displaced. Upon second opinion this fracture was not displaced. When I received the quote for the knee surgery, I was absolutely astonished on the amount of price gauging that occurred. Years ago I went to the old office and didn't stay with but couldn't remember why so when I needed a vet I thought I'd give them a second chance. What a mistake.line, they don't like to be reviewed. And when you talk to management they have an answer for everything, they will dispute you. After 6 hours of simply waiting for a response from the doctor after they took our dog back, the doctor got mad that we didnt have 5 thousand dollars to let him stay overnight for no testing to be done. Once the idea was mentioned that labs and X-rays needed to be done, we agreed, even though he just had X-rays before we brought him in at his regular vet. Straight money hungry. I wouldn't even give this place a one-star rating. It's been a week since my dog died after I took him there to get him checked. The worst place to take your pet. They won't even listen to you unless you pay a $175 fee. My dog was looking weak that night so I took him to get him checked. By the time I got there my dog was back to himself again looking vibrant and walking around. However, since I was already there, I decided to get him checked. This is the most horrible most petrifying most inhumane place ever. From the receptionist to the doctors. My husband and I took our morkie because he was no longer eating and acting weird. They took him immediately and said he is in very critical condition but can't figure out what is wrong with him. They asked to pay for testing and labor for 4 hours. **** was around $800 dollars we paid it. 2 hours later they came back saying they need to do more testing and the bill was an additional $2,000. Ridiculous office staff knows nothing about how to create records. I called in to set up a new visit for my new puppy. Told them my sister had referred me. They asked all the questions, set up the appt but my sister got the confirmation email. I called and they had put MY PUP under HER account!! Then when I told them they needed to set up my own account they said they had to get MY SISTERS permission to remove MY PUP!!! When THEY screwed it up in the first place!! *************************** is a horrible employee receptionist at *********** who answered the phone and hung up on me after she could not solve my inquiry for my dog's prescription. When i asked for her name and to get me a manager, she REFUSED to give her name. And then she hung up on me.
