Do better grooming. Part of my dog wasn’t cut

The crested geckos enclosure had mold along with a very dirty water/food dish. The housing on the leopard geckos was completely wrong sand causes stomach issues with them along with a crazy amount of poop that has probably been left for days along with dead crickets. The tarantulas are not housed right at all depending on terrestrial or arboreal living habitats I’m over all very disappointed with the way these animals are being treated it’s repulsive
RecommendedI bring my mini Australian Shepherd here to get groomed by Natalia every two and a half - three months. She is amazing with her. Always looks exactly how I ask and is good at what she does. I’ve been to other grooming salons or small businesses but none impressed me until I came to her. I always recommend the Burnsville grooming salon to anyone who has a dog.
So I came down and there were surrendered fish . I was told come back tomorrow and you can purchase. I did and then the store manager said they aren’t for sale and moved them off the floor. They had been out on the floor for two days in a show tank. She left a sign not there prior saying not for sale until further notice. This violates petco policy on surrenders. Lucky I took pictures as I will be sending to corporate on Monday.

RecommendedBeverly at the Milwaukee store groomed my labradoodle & I can’t recommend her highly enough. My dog had a few razor burn on him two years ago. But Beverly left him so smooth I am simply amazed. She obviously took her time. I will definitely go to see her again.

Very disappointed in the grooming department. I was told that a dog needed a rabies shot to come get groomed. However, if the day was too old or had a medical reason, the vet could send a letter stating that. There is a waiver you sign for elderly dogs. One would think if you dog has a medical condition that prevented them from getting a vaccination they could still be groomed with said medical condition because the vet provided documentation as to why the dog can not be vaccinated.
