I am angered to hear the daughter of a dear friend had such a horrid racially motivated experience at this store! The employee who behaved with such utter ignorance and hate felt empowered to do this. There must be a culture of racism and disrespect in the company as a whole if a store manager has led employees to believe that this behavior is tolerable.
Racial discrimination occurred tonight at your store and you should be horrified.
Shame on you and your employees that are still employed there. Racial discrimination? It's fucking 2017 for Christ sake.
This is an absolute disgusting establishment that discriminates those of color. I would advise NOT to shop here or support this company if you believe people should be treated with respect. I also would STRONGLY advise management to reconsider who they hire to represent their company. Corporate will hear about this.
Racism will not be tolerated. It is not okay to treat someone as less because they look different than you. Who raised you people?! Where are your morals and values. I will never spend another dime in anyone of your stores.
Will be taking my $ to PetSmart or any other place after the racism that occured at your location tonight. Truly disgusting.
