I will never step thru their doors again, I brought my little 13 Ib Mia in to get groomed. this would be the third time, Mia suffers from Hip dysplasia and they were fully aware of this, while in their care in the middle of grooming she had an episode, which would be her hip getting stuck and she yelps and goes in circles.. maybe last 15 seconds, it never happened before while they had her, .but what did they do when it did happen while she was in their care...they called me and told me to come and get her, that they would n... read more
RecommendedToday was my pups first visit to petco for a nail trim done by heather and I can’t thank her enough she was able to get all of his nails done in minutes! After many unsuccessful trips to the vet for nail trims we will now continue to bring him to petco to see her! 5 stars isn’t enough I would give more if there was an option!

I went in there on Friday 4/23 and was just looking around and 2 employees told me I have too wear a mask when the 2nd 1 told me I was like ok I'm leaving because im not wearing a stupid mask i Iike to breathe and not be suffocated with a stupid mask sorry and the guy fellowed me out of the store that was very uncalled for he didn't need to do that at all I was walking out of the store anyways that really piss me off that he did that so I'm not ever going in there again because I don't appreciate that at all
Karl, the store manager, exchanged introduction while I was mid-sentence conversing with another individual. He stood not more than arms distance from my right, in just an employee presence store at the time, sneaking up on me and abruptly shoving a mask so quickly to my face I could smell it. TRIGGERED. If I was with a bigger male he would NOT have done this. So FKN rude. I’ve spent over $300 there the last few days.
