My friend had an appointment for her dog Ococee today and the groomer called her 5 minutes later and told her to come pick her up because she was thrashing in the water and not able to control her. She was their to get her dog within two minutes and ocoee was not even wet and so the groomer had lied about even trying to give her a bath. I don’t typically leave reviews, but the grooming services here have significantly decreased. Any time we walk in lately, we are not greeted or are rudely turned away because they are “too busy”. The last time, three ladies were just standing there and still wouldn’t service us. We just want a nail trim folks. This takes 5 mins total and you offer walk ins according to your website. If this is not an option for customers I highly recommend you update this to appointment only. Also, would it hurt you to be nice to people? If ... read more
RecommendedThe registration and check in process was easy. We were promptly called to go inside and my nervous puppy was greeted in a friendly and comfortable way. The Vetco stuff was excellent.

I took a 16 week old puppy in for a training opportunity today. as we all know it has been difficult for owners to properly socialize their dogs due to the pandemic. This particular PUPPY is struggling with barking at other dogs. She was in no way shape or form upsetting or stressing any other dogs while there. The other dogs were not barking back or showing any signs of stress. She was under control and she was not barking uncontrollably. RecommendedWe recently bought a leopard gecko from another store and we were having trouble getting her to eat. After a trip back to the store where we got her left me more confused than before, I am so happy I decided to come to this Petco! One of the employees, I don’t remember her name, was so helpful! She explained what I needed and told me if our gecko still wasn’t eating to come back and we would figure it out together. I am beyond pleased with the customer service in this store! The manager Ken is awful and he doesn’t tell the truth. He doesn’t take complaints seriously and tries to justify why the issue happened when it flat out shouldn’t have happened. That store let a great trainer get away. Richard was awesome. Absolutely amazing. And when he left. So did we. We are taking our dog elsewhere.
It’s almost depressing to come into this store and see the conditions that the reptiles and invertebrates are kept in. 1-2 inches of substrate in a Brachypelma sp. Inclosure, extremely low humidity in the pac man frogs enclosure and a Chinese water dragon in a glass enclosure.
Your store manager, Ken has horrible customer service. He should be replaced.
