Lady told me i couldn’t have the fish i want. Been a fish keeper for over 30 years and some dumb teenager wouldn’t let me get the fish i wanted. Not happy we spend alot of money at this store but wont any further. Will be contacting corporate about this incident and will be switching to pet-smart from here on out.

The petco in Rutland is ridiculous... idk who the women who works in the reptile fish area is but EVERYTIME I go she is so rude. I honestly only come here when I’m in between bug orders. I refuse to buy anything else at this store due to her. Her attitude is unexceptionable. The vitabugs are always put on the shelf even if they are dead and rotting. So gross.

RecommendedI had the absolute best experience at this location. Their manager was beyond helpful and kind. I went in with a bad taste about petco in general and will now be commuting to this one for any needs I have. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced.
RecommendedGroomers here are so sweet. Murray is 85lbs of GIANT baby. That was the biggest reason why we haven't take him anywhere up to this point. They were very patient with him and he looks great. We will definitely be back!
