Not forcing me to take $50 store credit because the shipper didn't include a packing slip. I didn't want $50 store credit. I bought elsewhere and wanted my money back. Also, your cashiers could be more customer oriented and less snooty.
Recently started a new fish tank, i bought all of my fish from petco on west ridge, the second night i had a black moor die, the following day i had a corydora and a plecostomus die of the same thing, the next day i had a sailfin molly die, all were being treated. I now have a corydora that has red blotch disease. Do NOT buy your fish here, go anywhere else. Never in all of my years have i lost so many fish in such a short period of time.
Went in just to get a couple of swordtails to add to my community tank I’ve had fish for well over 30 years and of course you get asked the same question every time you tell them you want fish what size tank do you have and I just told the girl I’ve had fish for 30 years I know what I’m doing I just need to get a couple of swordtails and then she proceeded to get very smart with me and basically was refusing to sell me fish unless I told her what size tank I have since I already told her I was experienced I did not see the n... read more
For sure do not recommend this place. They cut my Yorkie to the bone. He looks like a big-headed stick dog😡😂. They told us they were gonna do less than half and inch because of his matting but they shaved his whole body🙄. Will not be going back again.

ORRIBLE PLACE! Recently purchased a baby skinny pig from here, come to find out she had a URI and ringworm. The URI spread to my other guineas pigs and tonight I held one in my arms until her very last breath due to the URI progressing into pneumonia. I traveled over an hour for an exotic vet to help me care for her and now 2 days later I’m cremating her and explaining the circle of life to my 7 year old daughter who just lost her favorite guinea pig. RecommendedMy dog and I had a delightful experience! This was our first time going, and we were so happy with our toy and treat finds. I was pleasantly surprised at how many non-toxic toys (and made in the USA) there were to choose from and how many plant based treats/foods there were! I was also blown away with how many natural options there were for dental, flea & tick, baths, etc! Times have definitely changed for the better!
