Too many things to list and no one who actually gets these can do anything about it.
Please hire professional groomers and consider placing cameras in all corners.
There is never less than 8 people in line and never more than one cashier. BUT, the worst is ordering online for in-store pickup. Just because you received an email letting you know your items are ready does not mean they are. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we are going with PetSmart or Chewy from now on. Be warned.
Correct inventory for online pickup orders. Also get a manager who actually appreciates customers spending money at this store instead of the competitors
As I was going to check out today I witnessed a terrified yorkie being ripped around by it’s facial hair and ears because it wouldn’t sit still for the “groomer” as another “groomer” stood and watched. I am absolutely disgusted and I will NOT be going back.
Low selection and the cashier (larger taller Caucasian male) for some reason had to complain to us about his boss saying she gets so mad when people don’t wear a mask but he doesn’t care. I mean it’s not like there’s a pandemic or anything
RecommendedKarli is hands down the best trainer. We were in Karli’s puppy 1 class with our 2 mini dachshunds and they flourished with Her. She taught us “humans” how to properly train and care for our dogs. She was patient and very thorough and just knew what was needed for each situation. She was able to adapt the skill or how to train for each dog and human accordingly.
