I was disgusted to hear of the way one particular customer was treated by some disrespectful employees there recently. You should be ashamed , why would we expect you to treat our animals right if you don't even treat other humans with decent respect. I would never recommend this location.

I'm appaled at the unprofessional employee behavior and misconduct that Chelsea Montgomery experienced at your store. You should be ashamed of yourself and know that this is not something that will just go away! As a minority myself I'm proud to say she handled the situation with dignity and in a respectable manner which is not what I can say to the employee nor the manager at this store whom I've spoken to!
I won't ever be visiting this location due to inexcusable racism that has occurred over the past 2 months but most importantly what happened April 5th. I won't be giving my money to the petco in my hometown either until something is done to rectify what was said and done at this coralville location. These employees need to be terminated! New employees need extensive training on customer service and how to treat everyone equally.
