You told someone they were not welcomed because they were black? Granted I understand that trainers coming to your store can be annoying but specifically calling someone out and telling them that they need to leave because "their kind" isn't welcomed is not something mature adults do. Your staff needs to grow up. Seriously.
You have no right to turn a paying customer down for there color I will not send people to your store we will shop at petsmart and we will spread the word about your company
I'm very disappointed. Your store is very convenient for me to shop at but I guess I'll be going elsewhere.
