Today I visited your store for the first time, it was busy so I had time to observe the employees. All were professional and attentive to their customers. One in particular stood out from the rest, Matt Kenney. While actively helping a customer, he was able to politely ask those of us waiting in line if we wanted a refreshment. We attended a wedding event for couples in the Plattsburgh store today. There were local vendors, food, music, and of course our Perrywinkles friends. Everyone in the store is so amazing. The energy was great. It's amazing the way the staff continues to go above and beyond for their customers after the sale. When my fianc bought my ring, we got more than a piece of jewelry.
