Every time we walk into the Plattsburgh Perrywinkle's store, we are warmly welcomed and even greeted by our first names.From the first time Adam went shopping for rings, Lindsey was very helpful and knowledgeable on every aspect of the diamonds, allowing him to pick the most perfect engagement ring for me. When it came time to get my ring re-sized and cleaned, Hannah was also very helpful and accommodating. Matt adjusted the band on my watch. What great service ! He was very polite and accommodating. I will return to this store because of his service. Everyone in the store was very pleasant . Great experience!

Perrywinkles has been our local jeweler of choice for many years! While we miss Jaye terribly - Hats off to Perry for finding Lindsay and Hannah! I highly recommend visiting Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh! The staff was so friendly and outgoing, especially Matt!! I went in to get my watch fitted and the staff went above and beyond to not only get my watch fitted but also let me know all that their store has to offer!! I will definitely be visiting Perrywinkles for all of my jewelry needs!

I love shopping at this store! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Customers are greeted immediately and you'll never feel rushed or pressured in the Plattsburgh Periwinkles. They have a great selection of Pandora jewelry as well as other "bling"--something for everyone. When I walk in now, it feels like greeting friends--Pam in particular has been very helpful and makes all of her customers feel welcome. Stop in, you'll be glad you did!

Stopped in today to have some minor work done on a watch that I didn't even purchase there. The entire staff was extremely courteous and Matt was especially helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
