I had an amazing experience at this store. My husband bought my engagement ring here. We were so impressed the the customer service and quality of Jewlery that we bought all of our rings and all of the bridal party jewelry here. All employees are great. We worked with Pam who was super flexible and accomadating. I live in Chicago and was able to order and pick Jewlery out long distance, with Pam's help. I stopped into the store today looking to have an additional link put in a watch. Lindsay greater me as soon as I entered the store with a smile and welcome! She was very educated and quickly added the link for me, offering refreshments as I waited the very short time it took her to do the work.
