I've been shopping for my Pandora charms for the past few years. Recently I went in and I was invited to see a new diamond line called devotion. I informed the sales person that I wasn't able to purchase anything right now. She assured me that was ok and that she was excited to show me. I also found out they don't work on commission. I just purchased two pandora charms from perrywinkles and Lindsey and Matt were the most helpful and fantastic sales people. If you get a chance go visit them they won't let you down. You need no other jewelry store. Jennifer B

I was very impressed with Perrywinkles on 6/28 when I arrived several minutes after close; so I got back into my truck to leave when Lindsay W. came outside of the store and flagged me down allow me into Perrywinkles to help me out. While I had my watch battery changed I talked to the Perrywinkle associates and they were all very professional and made me feel like family. I can not give them enough praise. I have been in this store a few times, most recently to have a ring that has been in my family for many years repaired. I don't spend a lot but each time I go in I am treated like an old friend. I was helped recently by Matthew and by Linsey. They were both extremely helpful. Linsey explained in detail what she recommended to be repaired and why. I felt comfortable leaving it there. We have been here twice in the last couple months, and both times were not only pleased, but astounded by the amazing service. We were served by Pam, both times, and her attention to detail, her kindness and her willing to go the extra mile on our first visit made the experience memorable and eager to return.
