I came in to have my watch battery changed and a very nice lady named Pam waited on me she was very friendly and courteous and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. A watch that I hadn't worn in years which was kind of dull looking became shiny, new looking and above all else functioning! I am extremely impressed with my experience and will most definitely be returning to Perrywinkle's again.

About four years ago while looking for a Pandora Bracelet, I was referred to Perrywinkle's. The saleslady who greeted us was Pam Ryan, she was so helpful, and made us feel very comfortable in the beautiful store. We came santo the store today to have my husbands watch sized. We were immediately greeted with smiling faces. Hannah offered us drinks while we waited. She also went above and beyond to be friendly with my two young girls. She spoke with us about the new charms as my young girls are into them. She was as sweet as can be!
