I had a great experience at the Plattsburgh store tonight. I had a watch band that needed to be resized and the employee who waited on me was excellent. He removed the links from my watch and said that if it needed further sizing, just stop by and he would adjust. When he was was done, I asked what I owed, he said nothing.I definetly will be back to shop this store.

Perrywinkles is the place to go if you want the best quality, selection and customer service. I went in to buy a gift with a very small budget and was amazed at how much I had offered to me. The staff was great and very welcoming.
