I often visit perrywinkles in Plattsburgh, either with my husband or my sisters. We are pandora addicts, so when I go with my sisters we spend quite some time there, we most often deal with Terri feeley, she is greaaaaat! Our visits are always filled with lots of laughs. The other personnel is wonderful as well. You have a great team there. Keep it up and thanks for your great service. Betty and sisters swierk.
I love this store and the people that work there always are friendly and outgoing despite how busy they may be. I bet at one time or another I have asked to see hundreds of items, no kidding. I'm always treated with respect and never rushed. Can't recommend them enough!
This store is awesome. Jaye is my favorite and is so knowledgable. She spent hours helping me figure out what I wanted and then made it simply and easy for my husband. The quality and the pricew couldn't be more spot on! I would recommend Jaye and the store to my friends and family.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band on June 27th at the Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh. I bought these as replacements of my original set which was stolen in the month of April from my home along with many other things. Not a pleasant reason the repurchase these items but my experience with Pam was above and beyond my usual experience with sales persons. Without getting into all the details, she was fantastic. Patient, understanding, helpful and did I mention patient! My husband and I will go back!
Pam was extremely knowledgable in helping my Fiance and I find the perfect engagement ring. We walked in on a whim one afternoon to see what our tastes were like and Pam guided us through the entire process. She was able to answer all of our questions and she educated us on the different settings and types of diamonds. We fell in love with a Tacori ring which we evenually purchased. My experience at the Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh was Wonderfully Memorable. This was my first time having to purchase a piece of jewlery that had both monetary and emotional value. I had a very specific idea (design) in mind and I was not sure if what I wanted was even possible.
