I was recently in the Plattsburgh store for a minor problem with my diamond ring. Jordan was very receptive and helpful in assisting me resolve this issue. She also introduced me to the fact that there is a jewelry designer that could work with me on a custom piece I would like made. I will return to the store in the future when I am ready to move forward on that piece of jewelry. Thank you Jordan

Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh was definitely the right choice for my one of a kind anniversary gift. They came highly recommended by our oldest son who purchased our now daughter-in-laws wedding set there. We worked with Pam Ryan from the very first visit. I recently picked up a custom designed diamond wrap made at perry winkles in Plattsburgh ny. I want to thank terry and the rest of staff. Everyone was helpful and pleasant . I will be giving this to my wife on her birthday in January and I am Sure she will love it. Terry thank you again for your time you spent with us on this ring.

Perrywinkle's was the most amazing experience I have had in a very long time. After my mothers passing I was on an emotional roller coaster and had some manger decisions to make. She had her diamond, my Grandmothers diamond, and a diamond wedding ring. Well then it happened. I lost my 1/2 caret diamond of 40ty years. It had never been off my finger. I was devastated. My wife and I went into Perrywinkles looking for the perfect gift for our daughter's college graduation. What we found was one of the most amazing consultants, and we do mean consultant because we do not feel that Pam was a salesperson. Pam spent more than her fair share of time with us. She was so patient and understanding. She had so many great suggestions that our new problem became which piece to purchase. My visit to Perrywinkles was like Christmas Morning with all the cheerfulness and friends who are like my family. Terry is my favorite helper. She has helped me put four Pandora bracelets and one big necklace together with care and love. I will never go any place else for my jewelry needs and Terry is the main reason why.

I came to Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh NY from out of state. I was looking for a mens wedding band. I was greeted and helped by Jordan. She was fantastic to work with; and made the experience a pleasurable one . The building and amenities were very clean and taken care of as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry! Great staff- easily accessible location- and great jewelry!!!!!
