The staff at the Plattsburgh location have gone above and beyond! They were friendly, curtious and extremely hospitable! Every time I enter the store I am greeted with kindness. Hannah assisted me with a special order for Mother's Day and the end result exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you to all of the knowledgable staff! I am a new customer to Perrywinkle's, but will be a lifetime customer! They truly are wonderful!!! JS

I've had the pleasure of working with some of the wonderful staff at Perrywinkles. In February I received my "drop dead gorgeous" engagement ring that Pam and Neva created for my fiance using a family stone. I'm a frequent flyer to the store stopping by at least weekly to put down some money on the wedding band that we customized and I absolutely love visiting with the girls. I would highly recommend Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh. The staff is always exceptional: Terry, Pam, Matt just to name a few. They will guide you with needed ideas or with specific needs. The services provided are outstanding in quality. I was in just the other day and dropped off my wedding rings for service and in a short time; received a call back saying they were all ready. i.e., A local favorite, or highly reI had a great experience in your store the other day. Hannah was such a help! I received a gift certificate for Mother's Day and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Hannah helped me pick out a cute, fun, sassy ring. Lindsay and Neva were all so present and nice. I wanted to take a few minutes and thank Hannah . She was very helpful. I wasn't sure what I was looking for as I received a gift certificate for Mother's Day. Terry Feeley has the art of customer service down! She helped me over the phone a few times prior to visiting their Plattsburgh location. She could not have been nicer! In fact the entire staff went above and beyond for all of their customers! They didn't pressure you..just helped! I would shop there again in a heart beat!!

I went to Perrywinkle's after losing a diamond from my wedding band. The store is beautiful and has a homey feel. The staff was AMAZING!!! They all were extremely professional and friendly without being fake. They seem like they genuinely care about their customers and love their job. I was fortunate enough to work with several associates including TERRY, MATT, AND LINDSAY. I feel like I left with new friends. They all recognized me when I returned to the store to pick up my ring.
