I brought my engagement ring and wedding band in to be sized. The help I got from Matt Kenney and Terry Feeley was absolutely awesome!!! Terry gave me the wonderful idea of having the rings soldered together. She spent a lot of time and had patience with me! I appreciate and it was a very nice experience! You are lucky to have these employees on your team. Thank you very much :)
Lindsay changed my watch battery fast and with a great sense of customer service, I'll comeback for every watch issue from now on. great!

On August 6th, I came to Perrywinkle's to have a battery replaced in my watch and to have two rings cleaned. While this was being done I walked around the store looking at jewelry, watches and more. A beautiful necklace caught my eye, and Jordan asked me if I wanted her to take it out of the case. there was no high pressure sales tactics from Jordan while I was trying it on. Perrywinkles in Plattsburgh is an outstanding jewelry store with some very special people. The jeweler , Neva, is indeed a craftsman and artist and we are very grateful for the work performed.
