This afternoon I dropped off a watch to have the band shortened, Hannah greeted me and Terry worked on the watch. They called a short time later and the band was done. It looks great. I'm very happy with the speed and precision with which the work was completed. I will be returning soon with another watch that needs repairs. JP
Came in today heart rate monitor that it wouldn't work. I was so disappointed because I wasn't sure what the issue was. Lindsay and Terry were absolutely wonderful, they understood my disappointed and were very willing to help me out. They checked the battery and replaced it. As always, a great experience from a very great team! Thank you!! DMH
Kala and Matt took on the challenge of changing the batteries in two of my (old) Skagen watches this afternoon with great professionalism and good humor. It never seems to be a straightforward chore to work with my cherished (did I mention they are OLD?) watches. But they are always treated with care at Periwinkle's, and I wouldn't bring them anywhere else for repair.
Matt was very efficient and professional. We will definitely be back. -j

I stopped by today in our local Perrywinkles' store to have some links taken out of my watch. I was immediatly welcomed by Lindsay who took such great care of me. I live in the Plattsburgh area and will surely stop by again. The personal friendly atmosphere is a tribute to this store and I will share this experience with others. Thank you Lindsay.
