Jordan immediately offered to assist when I entered the store. She assisted me by cleaning my ring and changing my watch battery. She offered me a beverage and went right to work. Exceptional service.

The last time I was in I had purchased many charms for my wife for Christmas and I got the pleasure to work with kayla. I stopped in again about a week later and although she was not there I was helped by a young gentleman Matt who was a great help!
