As usual I. Was pleasantly surprised by the service I received ap. Perrywinkles. The two ladies that waited on me were friendly and very helpful. Lindsay replaced the battery in my watch, and Kayla helped me find a charm for a Pandoras bracelet. Since I first discovered Perrywinkles several years ago they have become my favorite place to shop and I always leave with a smile.

Terry and Kala in the Plattsburgh Perrywikle store really went out of their way to see that my Christmas shopping was a great experience. They were so personal and helpful that I felt like an old friend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Terry and Kala. Neil

I was recently invited to this year's Ladies Night by Kari Herkalo. I wasn't sure I was going to attend, but decided to ask my sister to join me and off we went. I am so glad we attended. We had so much fun! An added bonus, I found a gorgeous pair of earrings which we purchased and is why I am writing this review now. Everyone was just wonderful. I have always enjoyed shopping or having creative work done at Perrywinkle's Fine Jewelry in Plattsburgh, NY. I feel I can buy with confidence there because the quality is high, the staff are always pleasant, very knowledgeable about their product and will happily go the distance to answer a question or concern. Shopping at the Plattsburgh Perrywinkle's is always a pleasant experience. Terry makes my visit a pleasant one. No pressure and very knowledgeable. I always end up very happy with my purchases. I recommend that you visit Terry at Perrywinkle's.

I purchased a vintage swiss watch at the Plattsburgh store from Pam as a gift. Pam was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. She was well versed on the item. She also provided excellent service, sending the watch out for polishing to really show me it's quality and condition. After the decision to purchase, Pam also helped me determine the engraving font and positioning. Other staff at the store also contributed suggestions and were also very nice. The staff was friendly and preserved while trying to replace the battery onmy Swiss Army bracelet watch. It ended up NOT being a dead battery....the previous jeweler had not tightened the battery step properly. Jordan and Lindsay were awesome and my watch is running! this was my first visit to the store. I will be back! MTB
