Today I visited the plattsburgh store for a watch battery replacement. Mat and Pam were super helpful and kind. I didn't have to wait at all for help and was offered drinks and candy. I love this store! Pam also help me with thoughts for Xmas gifts. Great job all! A.S.

What a pleasure it is to come into Perrywinkles and to be so welcomed by the entire staff. I have been a customer here for close to 10 years. Today I walked in to get some items cleaned Nd checked and to deal with a possible repair. Neva, the goldsmith came out from behind her repair area to deal with me directly. Terry and Neva are the best! I brought in my engagement ring that was too small and wedding band that was too big. Terry had wonderful ideas to repair and solder the two rings together. What an unbelievable awesome job both these ladies did for me! I am so pleased with the rings! They fit perfect, and are so sparkly. Thanks very much for the wonderful job done. I will be back.
