Horrible service!!! Will never take any of my vehicles back there! A/C went out was still under warranty, said they had to order part 3 wks later i take in, upon driving home I hear this horrible whistling noise I take it back oh somethings else broke.. Huh how didn't you do a complete inspection?? So they fix it again 2 days later the noise comes back ( btw my warranty expired during this fiasco) they tell me it's ready to pick up today... This place is bad. I did not buy a car there just my ford edge serviced under my warranty. It's neen six days and counting and they don't even know whats wrong. When yo call to ask all you get is a very nice receptionist who transfers you to service just to get an answering machine. I left a message at 7:30am my call was returned to my spouse at 1:00pm just to say we don't know we will call you back @ 3:00. Rude customer service and attitude. Excellent customer service, Luis Saez help me a lot, i felt really confident on my purchase of my dream car, a 2011 Chevy Camaro SS. He is very friendly and treated me like a good friend. I highly recommend this place to anybody!

I read this from a previous post, for a second I thought I wrote the review. "This dealership lied and they are not willing to fix mistakes they made unless you take them to court." This sounds all to familiar. For starters work on your customer service skills and secondly your service department needs some serious attention from top to bottom.
